Longford Estates is the commercial property investment & development company for the Longford Group of companies.

The company was incorporated in 1978 as a discreet investment vehicle for the group. During the 1980's Longford Estates established a property portfolio of commercial and retail premises in South Wales. The current portfolio includes offices, industrial and retail properties and several development sites throughout England and Wales. In addition the company manages property assets of associated partners.

The total current portfolio under management has a value of approximately £100 million.

The company continues to grow its own investment portfolio through direct acquisition and joint ventures and is also increasing its portfolio of managed assets for third parties.

The company is headed up by Joint Managing Directors Jane Gwillim-David and Dominic David, both of whom are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company.
