Split by Region

Geographical weighting is predominantly in London, South East of England and South Wales. However Longford Estates will consider opportunities throughout the UK. As a result of recent disposals, there will be  a significant change in the split by region. This will be updated shortly.

Split by Sector

The most recent acquisitions for the managed asset portfolio have however been of light industrial property. In addition we are currently working on several residential and retail development schemes. As a result of the most recent acquisitions and the development work in progress we anticipate a significant change in the split in the total portfolio as and when these new assets mature.
