Our focus is innovation in development and has led to an impressive portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Our development sites are geographically weighted in the South East of England and South Wales, however Longford Estates will consider opportunities throughout the UK.

Longford Investment Limited is the commercial property investment company of Jane Gwillim-David.

The company was incorporated in 2006 to invest in primarily light industrial trading estates and equine assets. The current portfolio includes industrial properties and sites in West England and South Wales. In addition the company manages the freehold of several of the trading estates in the portfolio.
